How it’s delivered
Student’s preferred platform (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime,
Discord). Asynchronous replies within 24 hours, up to 48 hours.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows
•Rescheduling allowed ≥ 24 hours before the start time
•Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows convert to an asynchronous lesson for
that week
•Excessive rescheduling may limit future bookings to asynchronous only
Price Changes
We provide at least 14 days’ notice by email. You may cancel before the new price
takes effect. Continued use after the notice period indicates acceptance.
Eligibility
Adults 18+ only. Not available where prohibited by law or to sanctioned countries.
Recording & Publicity
Recording is allowed per platform consent prompts. Students may publish clips for
learning or self-promotion. Do not include private or confidential information.
Acceptable Use & Termination
No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or illegal content. We may suspend or
terminate service for abuse or fraud. Refunds follow this policy.
Taxes & Invoices
Prices include Japanese consumption tax. Invoices and receipts are emailed after
payment.

Overview of U.S. Privacy System
The U.S. does not have a single comprehensive federal privacy law like Japan’s APPI
or the EU’s GDPR. Protection is provided through FTC consumer-protection
enforcement, state-level data-breach notification laws, and sectoral laws such as
GLBA and HIPAA. Organizations protect personal data through contracts, internal
policies, and technical and organizational measures.
